Our TEN Performance Management system shows how we have performed against our targets, across the entire range of statutory Best Value indicators. These are the indicators used by the Government to ensure that Councils are seeking to provide the best quality services, with continuous improvement.
Worcestershire County Council has been actively involved in the TEN Performance Manager Local Authority User Group. At the TEN Annual User Group event held on the 8th September 2005 the new case study detailing our improvement journey was launched. Click here
